What can be done for relaxing muscles? - leg pain and autoimmune disease

My legs were so stiff and painful, I can barely walk. My doctor advised me to get without a walker Wheely on. I have an autoimmune disease that causes the problem. The pain is so severe that I can not sleep and I am tired. I'm on tablets of warfarin and can not relax. I am not allowed phytotherapy. I expect to visit a specialist. Can anyone recommend something please help me.
